It’s where **apprentices can demonstrate all the knowledge, skills, and behaviours** they've worked so hard to develop during their course of learning and complete their Apprenticeship.   As an End-Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO), our job is to work with apprentices, employers, and training providers to offer **a fair, standardised, and robust process for this evaluation**.
