What is an apprentice showcase?

The showcase can take the form of either a written report or a presentation. It provides an opportunity for the apprentice to reflect on their entire learning programme and present evidence of how they've developed their abilities. It's typically followed by an interview that allows the End-Point Assessor to gain further clarity on the apprentice's learning.
