What happens if the apprentice fails the observation for the Advanced and Creative Hair Professional standard and needs to resit or retake it?

If an apprentice fails any of the assessment components, they will be eligible for a resit or retake.

If an apprentice requires a resit or retake, In the case of a resit/retake, the full range of grades will be available.

Apprentices are not permitted to resit/retake in an attempt to achieve a higher grade. All resits/retakes must be taken within three months of gateway, otherwise the entire end-point assessment must be retaken.
