What happens if I fail the knowledge test for the Advanced and Creative Hair Professional standard and need to resit or re-take it?

If an apprentice fails any assessment components, they will be eligible for a resit or retake.

If an apprentice requires a resit or retake, In the case of a resit/retake, the full range of grades will be available.

Apprentices are not permitted to resit/retake in an attempt to achieve a higher grade. All resits/retakes must be taken within three months of the gateway. Otherwise, the entire EPA must be retaken.
