What happens if I fail the knowledge test and need to resit or re-take it?

If the apprentice fails any of the assessment components, they will be eligible for a resit or retake.

If the apprentice requires a resit or retake, their overall EPA grade will be capped at a pass.

All resits and retakes must be undertaken within six months of the original fail grade. Otherwise, the entire EPA must be resat or retaken.
