What documentation should I prepare ahead of the delivery of the presenatation with questioining for the Operations or Departmental Manager standard?

During the questioning element of the assessment, the apprentice may refer to their presentation project proposal and presentation materials throughout the assessment. While notes are permitted, the use of pre-scripted responses is not and may result in the end-point assessment being graded as a fail.
