What should I do if the exam isn't loading?
If you have gone through the System Check Test and started the exam and are stuck on the loading page, please ensure that you have clicked the Enable Audio icon at the top of the screen. If you can't see the icon, please ensure that the pop-up blocker in your Google Chrome settings is disabled.
To check your browser settings, click the three dots in the top right corner, click settings, then Privacy and Security, and then site settings. Locate the exam site, click the arrow to view the current settings in place, and ensure that the pop-up blocker is disabled.
