Is the observation and professional dialogue for the Learning and Skills Teacher standard recorded?

The observation will not be recorded, but the End-Point Assessor may write a detailed narrative account of the session. The professional dialogue will be voice-recorded if the assessment takes place face-to-face. If the assessment takes place remotely, then Teams will be used to video record the assessment.
