Any request for reasonable adjustments needs to be submitted before gateway with supporting evidence. Where requests for a reasonable adjustment or special consideration have been submitted, they will be reviewed and decisions made on an individual basis. This will be recorded on the gateway meeting record/Gateway Declaration form.
