How can I check if a qualification is regulated?

Simple. Just head over to the Register of Regulated Qualifications, where all Ofqual-regulated qualifications are recorded. The list is maintained by Ofqual, so you can be sure that if it appears here, it’s regulated.  

If you have a certificate from TQUK, look for the Ofqual logo. If it’s there, you’ve got a regulated qualification on your hands.
