How is the showcase for the Customer Service Practitioner standard graded?

This assessment is graded distinction, pass or fail according to the grading criteria.

To achieve a pass in this assessment, apprentices must meet all the pass criteria.

To be awarded a distinction, apprentices must meet all the pass criteria and 7 out of 10 distinction criteria (70%).

If apprentices do not meet all the pass criteria, this assessment componenet will be graded as a fail.
