How is the practical observation for the Early Years Lead Practitioner standard graded?

This assessment component is graded distinction, pass or fail according to the grading criteria.

To achieve a pass in this assessment component, the apprentice must meet all the pass criteria. To be awarded a distinction, the apprentice must meet all pass and all distinction criteria.

If the apprentice does not meet all the pass criteria, this assessment component will be graded as a fail.
