How is the practical observation for the Customer Service Practitioner standard graded?

This assessment is graded distinction, pass or fail according to the grading criteria.

To achieve a pass in this assessment, the apprentice must meet all the pass criteria. To be awarded a distinction, they must meet all the pass criteria and all four out of five distinction criteria (80%).

If the apprentice does not meet all the pass criteria, this assessment will be graded as a fail.
