How is the employer reference for the Digital Marketer standard graded?

The employer’s reference provides supporting evidence based on their perceptions of that apprentice and, therefore, is not graded. It is not directly assessed, but it is reviewed by the End-Point Assessor and used to support the interview, where any comments raised by the employer may be further explored.
