How do I provide assessment preference information in EPAPro?

Delivery options for end-point assessments can be selected in the 'Questions' section of the gateway submission process.

When submitting apprentices through gateway via EPAPro, you must provide assessment preference information in a mandatory section titled Questions. This is shown as an additional tab when submitting apprentices through gateway and can be seen in the screenshot below:

The available delivery options for assessments are:

Remote or face-to-face.
One face-to-face component with remote options for the other components.
Remote only.
Face-to-face only.

In addition to selecting a delivery option, you must enter detailed information, such as the address for face-to-face assessments and exam invigilation preferences, within this section. Providing this information is mandatory and so must be provided before submission can be completed.

If any of the required information is missing, the gateway submission will be rejected. The reason for this is that the assessment preference you select will determine the associated charges, so it is crucial to enter this information accurately.
