Can I get a credit note for withdrawing a learner on Verve?

From 1st April 2024, any learner registered within the last six months will generate a license when withdrawn. This can be used against future bookings on this course. When you reach the payment options screen, provided that you have enough licenses to cover the whole booking, you will have the option to ‘pay by license.’
